'Fit to Rip' is a series of 6 lessons designed specifically around the movements you do while surfing.
Whatever your level, no matter how often you get to surf, chances are you want to get better.
Lets face it. Surfing is hard. And it takes time to improve and figure it out. This series is the opportunity for you to make that process happen more quickly.
The lessons are based on The Feldenkrais Method, which in a nut shell, works with your nervous system and is about exploring what your patterns and habits are, teaching you how to be more efficient and effective in your movements.
Everything you do is a habit. The more you refine your habits and patterns, the better your surfing will become.
The trick is to train your brain and your body on land so that in the water it becomes second nature.
